If you are using Windows Vista IE7, you may be experiencing a few problems accessing the eRemit.
Problem 1: User keeps getting redirected to CAS login page.
Problem 2: User is not able to close browser after logging out. Another window pops up when closing the current browser window.
Solution: Add the server url as a trusted site in your IE security by following these steps:
- In your IE7 menu, click Tools and choose Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Trusted sites (green check mark).
- Click the Sites button.
- Enter this url https://*.workflow.uconn.edu and click Add.
- Click Close and then OK.
